Journal of Food Processing & Nutrition Research is designated to highlight recent developments in the field of food processing and nutrition. The journal aim is to present readers the current food processing and preservation techniques, modern food processing techniques, innovative/emerging food processing techniques and their impact on food composition with special reference to their nutritional contents as well as on sensory attributes. The journal will cover all the domains of processed foods such as: cereals, grains, fruits & vegetables, oilseeds, dairy products, meat products, fermented, functional and nutraceutical food products, etc. The scope of journal is not limited to research on processed food and food products and will also emphasize nutrition, food diversity, fortified foods and allied health sciences. The journal will publish blind peer reviewed full length original research articles, reviews, brief communications, etc.
